omg..

I just cant believe that all of my computer graphics assignment finish and already submit it all.I can still remember the first day i enter the computer graphic and the first time lecturer hand over the assignment.
In that moment i said that i will dead because i totally no idea using adobe illustrator but somehow i manage to learn using the software and look!
I already done 3 assignment using adobe illustrator ^^
I am so happy,eventhough my work is lame and suck but i quite proud with my own work ^^

Last!!

The last step is i put a text on the artwork,i wrote "Love Our Nature" below.It explain why i drew a human hug a tree.It explain that we all living creatures should love and take care very much to our nature.

Ok,almost finish the working progress.I colour the tree,leaf and the sky by using pen tool.For the detail i using pencil tool and brush tool and it wont look so plain and dull.
For the human,i use pencil tool to draw the face detail such as the eye,nose and the lip.
For the human shading,i use brush tool and put where is the darker area.

Ok,the next step is i put some detail on the grass that is i using pencil tool and drew some grass on it so it will look like a grass field.

The next step is i draw some grass by using pen tool also.This time also i havent put any detail on it because i usually draw the detail when the work almost finish.

the starting of assignment work

The first step i colour the girl by using pen tool.This time in assignment 3 i using pen tool before i keep using pencil and brush tool.
As yoou can see,i only put the basic colour on the girl and i havent draw the detail such as the face,finger and the cloth folding

This is the latest sketch of assignment 3.i change a bit,before i want to do two smal children holding hand infront of the tree but now i change one girl hug the tree.
personally,its a good thing to hug a tree to express your love and caring toward the tree.

My whole idea for assignment 2

Maybe some of you remember my symbol is about asid rain but in assignment 2 its seem like i change my area of global warming is deforestation.The truth is,asid rain is also connected to tree,asid rain will slowly effect the natural that is tree or jungle.

Firstly,i have two sketches for assignment 2,first is a building that is been destroy by the asid rain

second,a tree that mean we must protect nature from asid rain (pollution)

Lastly,i took the positive not the negative side that is the tree.

That is the reason why i choose to pick to draw the tree.

huhuhu,i try to upload the image when i coloured the leaf but its see the data had corrupted >.<
this is the image where i add up some touch up on the tree.
i use darker colour of chocolate and drew some line on the tree using a brush tool.

My research about deforestation

THE MEANING

Deforestation is the permanent destruction of indigenous forests and woodlands. The term does not include the removal of industrial forests such as plantations of gums or pines. Deforestation has resulted in the reduction of indigenous forests to four-fifths of their pre-agricultural area. Indigenous forests now cover 21% of the earth's land surface.


Deforestation causes

* conversion of forests and woodlands to agricultural land to feed growing numbers of people

* development of cash crops and cattle ranching, both of which earn money for tropical countries

* commercial logging (which supplies the world market with woods such as meranti, teak, mahogany and ebony) destroys trees as well as opening up forests for agriculture

* felling of trees for firewood and building material; the heavy lopping of foliage for fodder; and heavy browsing of saplings by domestic animals like goats.
To compound the problem, the poor soils of the humid tropics do not support agriculture for long. Thus people are often forced to move on and clear more forests in order to maintain production.

CONSEQUENCES OF DEFORESTATION
* Alteration of local and global climates through disruption of:


a) The carbon cycle. Forests act as a major carbon store because carbon dioxide (CO2) is taken up from the atmosphere and used to produce the carbohydrates, fats, and proteins that make up the tree. When forests are cleared, and the trees are either burnt or rot, this carbon is released as CO2. This leads to an increase in the atmospheric CO2 concentration. CO2 is the major contributor to the greenhouse effect. It is estimated that deforestation contributes one-third of all CO2 releases caused by people.

b) The water cycle. Trees draw ground water up through their roots and release it into the atmosphere (transpiration). In Amazonia over half of all the water circulating through the region's ecosystem remains within the plants. With removal of part of the forest, the region cannot hold as much water. The effect of this could be a drier climate.

* Soil erosion With the loss of a protective cover of vegetation more soil is lost.

* Silting of water courses, lakes and dams This occurs as a result of soil erosion.

* Extinction of species which depend on the forest for survival. Forests contain more than half of all species on our planet - as the habitat of these species is destroyed, so the number of species declines (see Enviro Facts "Biodiversity").

* Desertification The causes of desertification are complex, but deforestation is one of the contributing factors (see Enviro Facts "Desertification")

assignment 2

This is my sketch for assignment 2,well...actually i sketch along with assignment 3,in assignment 2 i will only draw the tree.the rest of the image i will icluded it inside the assignment 3.

step 4

This is the last step in the process of my symbol.I add up some shading and some lighting on the wave.
Now it look like the wave and the umbrella look shiny and had its own 3D effect

I already coloured the wave behind the umbrella in the new layer.
I also using blue colour for the wave.
I already add up some touch-up on the umbrella that is the some shading and some lighthing to make the symbol look more interesting and more 3D effect.

step 2

I start colour my symbol.I use mainly blue colour because mine symbol is more focus on the theme based on water.
Blue most on the time resemble water.
That is the reason why i choose blue as my theme colour on this symbol.

step by step my work begin....

At first i outline my sketch using a pencil tool.It took me around half an hour to finish outline it.I am a slow person if this thing had do something with adobe illustrator
I not good using mouse to draw my symbol in adobe illustrator.So i use my table(bamboo fun) to draw it.

I already decide,yeah!

I already decided that i want to do this symbol.I use a rain,flood theme.That's the reason why i drew an umbrella because its represent that we protect ourselves from asid rain,hail and so on.
For the wave,its represent the flood that is currently kept on happening on earth these days.
This is only the sketch,later on i will post up more of my work ^^

Teddy bear=represent the children in this world that suffer from the effect of the global warming

Torn Umbrella=represent that already a very long time or ages that people try to protect themselve from the asid rain,flood,tsunami,etc

Cracking Earth=represent that the heat of the sun getting hotter and hotter to the earth
